Payroll & Accounts Receivable Accountant

F&W Forestry Services is seeking an experienced Payroll & Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our accounting team at our headquarters in Albany, Georgia. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership of critical processes and working across both payroll and accounts receivable. The role is responsible for managing the full payroll cycle for a multi-state workforce, including payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, year-end processing, and employee payroll support, while also supporting customer invoicing, payment application, and accounts receivable reconciliation. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of hands-on payroll experience, a strong understanding of payroll and accounting fundamentals, excellent attention to detail, and the judgment and discretion required to handle sensitive financial and employee information. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Dynamics SL is a plus.
